At NAPCO – R.S. Knapp Co., we are committed to providing high-quality printing equipment, supplies, and customer support.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective new products.
Returns are free of charge for eligible products returned within this 30-day period.
Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Eligibility
Returns apply to new products only and must meet the return eligibility conditions outlined in this policy.
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, items should be returned in appropriate condition based on the product type.
Unused supplies and accessories should be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. For equipment and specialized products, returns may require inspection and coordination depending on product type and manufacturer guidelines.
Napco accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products within the return window.
Return Process
All return requests must be submitted to Napco before a return is completed. Our team will provide return authorization and instructions.
Returns are accepted in store. Customers should contact Napco first so our team can coordinate the return process and confirm the appropriate next steps.
For customers unable to return items in person, mail-in returns can be coordinated through our support team.

Exchanges
Napco accepts exchanges for eligible products within the same 30-day return window.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
There is no return cost for eligible returns submitted within the 30-day return period.
Equipment and Special-Order Products
Large-format printers, plotters, scanners, and related equipment may require additional coordination due to shipping, installation, and manufacturer requirements. Napco will work with the customer to determine the appropriate return, exchange, or service resolution.
